About
TrustLender is operated by Nirantara Finaccess Private Limited, Bengaluru. We work with partner lenders and their local agents so that small, short-term credit reaches people who are usually asked to sign first and understand later.
What we stand for
Every number that affects what you pay is on screen before you commit, and in the Key Fact Statement you receive.
The application is fully online, but agents and support staff are there when a document, a doubt or a delay needs a human.
Credit bureau checks, Account Aggregator consent, Aadhaar eSign and bank mandates — the same regulated infrastructure larger lenders use.

EMIs collected by auto-debit on the due dates in your schedule.

Why TrustLender
Interest, fees and the total you repay are on screen before you apply, and again in your Key Fact Statement before you sign.
No long forms. The application asks one thing per screen, saves as you go, and lets you pick up later from where you left off.
Bank statements come through an RBI-licensed Account Aggregator with your consent. We never ask for your netbanking password.
Call, WhatsApp or raise a ticket. A named grievance officer, with RBI Ombudsman escalation if we fall short.
Checking eligibility takes about two minutes and does not commit you to anything.
